Tonight for challenge 3 we went on a number hunt!
Here are some of the objects we found with numbers on them. Did you find any in your house?
Today we chose to draw a picture of our beautiful guinea pig Star!
2 down, 14 to go!
For those self isolating, a challenge grid was sent home full of fun activities. It sounded like so much fun that I’ve decided to give them a go!
I started with a frozen themed Yoga. Have you tried any of the challenges yet?

To lighten the mood today we raffled some of the Easter eggs which were donated. The winning children were very happy to win their egg until Miss Clark caused chaos in EYFS. We returned to find Miss Clark with chocolate around her mouth and the eggs were missing! We even had to involve Mrs Marshall.
Miss Clark received a time out to make sure realised the error of her ways and luckily she had only eaten the teacher chocolate and found the missing eggs. After her punishment and an apology the children decided she was allowed to plan again.
Our children make us proud everyday and today is certainly no exception! In these uncertain times our one constant is that the children will make us laugh and smile. Thank you to Year 3 for helping us enjoy our morning and a massive thank you to all of our parents for their support and kind words.
Such a fun day together with our EYFS family ❤️
Nursery loved their visit from Year 3 and loved their stories even more!
Thank you.
Today as part of our World Book Day activities the Year 4 children read with and shared a book with the Reception children. This was a wonderful experience for all involved and the Year 4 children were very helpful and supportive. Well done!
Mr Oldham (Year 4 Teacher)
Foundation Stage have had an amazing day celebrating ‘World Book Day’.
What an amazing afternoon!
Marley Park Fire Fighters paid us a visit in their engine and demonstrated some of their equipment. We had a turn in the engine and even sprayed the hose.
A big thank you from us all!
The Nursery children have loved reading the story of Supertato and helping him complete super veggie activities. We have rescued the carrots from the evil peas, explored super veggie printing and captured the evil peas.
In phonics, we made Supertato hero sounds and named some super vegetables.
In Number, we made evil peas to match the numbers and counted out vegetables to masked a special super hero number.
Such a busy week!
