Well done Year 2.
Can you make it two weeks running?
At our after school Mandarin club the children have been learning some new language and a fab dance to match.
Take a look at the brilliant pictures.
Some of the Nursery children limbered up and enjoyed a session of Cosmic Kids yoga for PE today. We tried hard to copy the poses and found it very relaxing!
Year One have had a brilliant morning at the KS1 Athletics Festival. We participated in a range of activities including: running, jumping, throwing and catching. We definitely worked up an appetite and couldn’t wait to get back to school for our dinner!
A big thank you to all of the Mams and Grans who attended the Foundation Stage “Bring Your Mother to School Day”.
It was a huge succcess and everyone left such positive feedback.
We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did! 😃
The seven members of the Young Engineers club completed the chassis this week and are ready to check and test the electrical wiring.
The club meets each Thursday after school and have worked as a team to follow the design plan and get the car completed. Last week our Engineer Ambassador Mike Lambert who organises the regional car programme for Greenpower Goblin, came along to check the chassis and to help with the wiring.
Members of Year Six carried out an investigation into dissolving of a range of materials in water. The class carried out the work very well, they were organised and then wrote up the results scientifically.
Well Done!
