Today in Y5’s science lesson, we were looking at creating a model of the solar system using playdough.
The children worked in groups to think about the size of each planet, the shape as they needed to be spherical and the distance from the sun.
As part of our PSHE topic, Y5 enjoyed a guided yoga and stretching session from Miss Hope after the half term break. It was very relaxing and we are hoping to do another session soon!
Congratulations to our winners!
Year 2 had a fantastic time at the tennis festival!
Here are the songs for you to practise at home if you are in the choir.
Congratulations to the winners of “Decorate Pudsey/Blush” competition! All the entries were fantastic and certainly made it a harder decision for our School Council.
Along with the other classes, Year 3 had a great time on Friday while raising money for children in need. We enjoyed taking part in the colouring competition, tasting our delicious Pudsey biscuits and solving Pudsey related puzzles!
We marked Armistice as a school today – the children were amazing and reverently placed their wreaths.
Y5 had a great day completing Pudsey challenges and the biscuits were so delicious they didn’t last long enough to get a photograph with them!
