Year 5 had four special visitors from Year 2 today. They came to tell us all about their research about famous London landmarks as they knew we are visiting this city very soon. We were very impressed with the facts they told us about London Bridge, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. It’s made us even more excited about our trip to London!

Who will be are super spellers after half term?
In Year 1 we having been learning about how to keep our body and our mind healthy. Today we talked about feelings and discussed what we are worried about.
This week in Year 1 we have had some great fun making salt dough ornaments. We even made the dough ourselves, although we did get a bit sticky!
We have been looking at Fairy Tales in Year One and have really enjoyed exploring our areas within the classroom.
This afternoon Year 1 and Year 2 had a brilliant time at the Christmas party. We played games and enjoyed our delicious food. At the end of the party we had a special visitor who gave us a gift.

This year, Key Stage One and Year Three joined together for our Christmas production, ‘Hey Ewe!’ The children were fantastic and worked so hard to learn their lines, songs and dance routines. The costumes were brilliant and the show was amazing. Well done everyone!
