Every Friday our Nursery children will be given the opportunity to take part in ‘Show and Tell’. Communication and Language is a major part of the EYFS curriculum and we have found that children are always enthusiastic to talk about something familiar from home.
Previously, we have asked the children to bring something to school that they would like to share with the class. We have had artwork, photographs of special events, meaningful toys and many more wonderful items. Due to current restrictions we are trying to limit what comes into the classroom. So this term, if your child would like to take part in ‘Show and Tell’ all you need to do is email a photograph of the object or a video of what it can do. It could even be a video of a new skill they have learnt. All photographs and videos should be sent to mhanratty@marsdenprimary.
