During the last week of school Dylan brought home his little sunflower plant, during lockdown he has re-potted his plant a few times & watered it every day & as you can see he has done a great job 🌻
Sophie has really enjoyed English this week and made a brilliant video about the ecosystem around Black Rock. She is missing school very much and hopes to see everyone soon.
Alyssa’s doing her gymnastics training at home as her club is currently shut. Sessions are done via Zoom 3 times a week with extra training to be done throughout.
Alyssa has goals to work to each week and receives a Certificate upon completion which we can print off for her.
Ewan has enjoyed his English challenge this week and has made an excellent fact file all about them. He also made a brilliant collage of a turtle.
Just a little message that Jack has loved pirate week so far. It came at the right time as both him and Millie were pirates all last week at home Haha.
Yesterday we went looking for pirates and treasure at Marsden Bay! We discussed the stories of Jack the blaster and John the jibber! It matched perfectly with Millie’s year 1 work with lighthouses. Jack drew an observational drawing of Souter Lighthouse all by himself.
Jessica loved designing underpants and wanted flowers on hers.
She has also practiced the pirate dance this morning.
Her favourite part in the story was when they were on the pirate ship.
