Harriet made a simple ham sandwich with some salad on the side for Mrs Stothard’s challenge
Last week I challenged Year 1 children to come up with a super sandwich and Millie and Jack did not disappoint.
Millie chose a ham and cheese sandwich which she prepared herself. Jack joined in and made a chocolate spread sandwich. Millie kindly made Mum’s too! Which was a fish finger, cheese, cucumber and tomato wrap.
All delicious choices, well done!
Oscar is now teaching Layton the advantages of having a older brother.
Hi, hope you’re all well. Dylan’s been baking fruit scones & we thought we’d share the pictures with you, they taste delicious too!
Miss Gilbert challenged Year 2 to a daily mile this week and Georgie has really enjoyed doing this on her bike. We have had some lovely rides along the coast and one day, Georgie rode 3 miles!
We’ve been learning about what animals need to survive, made a plan for if we get stuck on a desert island and found out why exercise is so important too.
Hope everyone is well and not too bored xx
Always one to bend the rules! Sadie wanted to complete Mrs Stothard’s sandwich challenge but rather fancied a salad instead! She made a salad with lettuce, cucumber, peppers, cherry tomatoes, sweet chilli chicken, croutons and a Caesar sauce! Yum!
Mrs Stothard set Y1 the challenge of making their own sandwich. Now Isaac is more of the traditional man, so stuck to his old favourite – cheddar on white bread with a side of peppers and cucumbers!
We went Italian today and made our own pizzas. Molly is fanatical about food as you may well know! 😂. Job well done and they were delicious!
We have been tie dying our t-shirts and were very excited to see the finished results today.
