As we are spending increasing amounts of time indoors, Sport England have started a new campaign called #StayInWorkOut.
They are offering access to a range of free online fitness and exercise platforms, which are designed for adults, children and families.
They are also offering advice on how to get active active at home and outdoors and have lots of free resources.
To find out more visit the Sport England website.
To support home schooling, the BBC have launched a new programme which consists of three daily lessons. They also have a range of activities and games that can be accessed at any time for children aged 3 – 16.
The initiative starts from today and can be found at BBC Bitesize.
Have fun!
Here are some activities to try starting Monday.
During these challenging times, it’s really difficult trying to find the balance with everything that is going on.
In case you are feeling worried or apprehensive about home schooling, everything on this list also counts as learning (and some will happen every day without you even realising! 😊)
🌈 Try not to put too much pressure on yourself and remember to stay safe. 🌈
Did you get any right????
Something smells yummy in the kitchen!
Mrs Lewis and Charlie have been busy in the kitchen baking a delicious coffee cake. Mrs Franks and Thomas have been busy making yummy dinosaur pies. Annabelle (I can’t take any credit) made a lovely pink sprinkle cake.
Have you been helping out in the kitchen at home?
