Our Reception and Nursery children put on a brilliant assembly about ‘Tiddler: The Story Telling Fish.’
They all spoke clearly and sang beautifully. It was wonderful to see all their photgraphs as they are now looking so grown up!
Today our Foundation Stage children took to the stage at the Customs House and performed their rendition of Under the Sea. It goes without saying that they were fantastic. The Marsden Teddy even got to go on stage!
Their behaviour was impeccable and they made us very proud!
Yesterday, the Foundation Stage and Key Stage One children enjoyed an afternoon of sporting competition for Sports Day.
The children made us proud, as always. Congratulations to everyone who took part, including the parents!
The nursery children, and staff, fell in love with the chicks that came to visit us. We talked about how to care and handle them and they instantly adored them.
This week all of the children participated in Road Safety awareness. We had great fun using the role play resources and learning to ride bikes.
The Foundation stage are looking at different modes of transport this term. Thanks to the generous donations of scooters and bikes from parents the children have been improving their balancing and traveling skills.
These superstars, with the help of Miss Hope, have mastered riding a bike without stabilisers!
Well done to Aimee, Oliver, Elliot, James, Jake and Woody!
Hopefully more medals will be given out next week. 🚲
We are still accepting donations if you have a scooter or bike (pedal or balance) that you no longer need. Thank you
To begin our topic of “My Colourful World”, the Early Years have been looking at the Elmer stories. We have had such fun making our own Elmers, experimenting with different patterns and making posters get a lost teddy back home.
Here are some pictures of creations.
