Year 5 put their knowledge of the parts of a flower today by dissecting a tulip and separating out the different parts. It was fascinating to see in the inner workings of the plant!
The Y5 children did Marsden proud by taking part in bikeabilty week and learning how to stay safe on their bikes, level 2.
Last week, Y6 took part in a RAP safety event. The sessions were designed to ensure the children stay safe as they become older, more independent and are more likely to be out in the community unaccompanied. The children had a great afternoon and learned lots of useful information.
