What an amazing performance the Foundation Stage children gave us all this morning. The singing was fantastic and they had worked so hard to remember all of their lines.
Here are a few photographs of the outstanding actors.

If you were at either of our performances of our KS2 play this year, I am sure you will agree that they were amazing. For those who missed out, or just want a reminder, I have attached a collection of photographs to see the characters in action.
Today saw the last collecting day for our GIFT FOR GRANNY appeal.
This was a new venture this year and one which I have been over whelmed by. As a community, our parents always support the school and every charity we ask, however despite this being a time of the years when so many other things are happening, we have had an outstanding reponse to this charity.
Tonight the gifts have been collected and I can only imagine how many lives the presents will brighten during this festive season.
Thanks you so much.

Our School Council help to pack the gifts.
Well done to everyone who has taken part in hula hooping this term. On Thursday afternoon you all took part in an amazing Christmas performance! Everybody really enjoyed watching the new skills you have learnt. We look forward to your next performance. Keep up your hard work!
Our Year 5 and 6 football team have had a very successful team so far this year, we are half way through the season so I wanted to share the league table with you.
The second half of the season will start on Thursday 2nd March.
I know you will join me in wishing them luck and look forward to hearing the end of season result.
I just wanted to let you know our GRAND TOTAL from the Toy fair on Friday.

Thank This weekend has been a busy one for the choir and Mr O’Brien.
On Sunday they shared their songs with Whitburn Parish and were praised for their beautiful voices.
Well done.
Today, the whole school made their way to Whitburn parish Church for a beautiful service to celebrate christingle. As always, the children were amazing. Our readers did a fantastic job and the choir were outstanding.
I know that lots of parents would have loved to attend but due to numbers we can only take the children. So, have a look at the photos and films below to see the children in action.
This morning, our choir along with Mr O’Brien opened the winter festival at The Barnes Institue in Whitburn Village.
In front of a large audience they produced a beautiful sound and made everybody feel festive.
Well done
Today the whole school enjoyed an amazing toy fair. Thank you to all of our parents for the fantastic contributions. Our children all enjoyed the ‘shopping’ experience and have taken home a range of new items for the house!
Profits are still being counted, but we will let you know as soon as we have a total.
