On behalf of all the staff at Marsden, we would like to say a big thank you for all of the support you have given the school and children this term and for all the generous cards and gifts.

We’ve had a lovely morning in the Foundation Stage playing with our toys. We are now enjoying a festive film treat for the end of term.

Last night was another festive success! Our marvellous movie night was enjoyed by all as we gathered to watch “The Grinch”. We even received a special appearance from a rather green visitor.
Yesterday, the children of the Foundation Stage had a fantastic time at their Christmas party. We even enjoyed a visit from two special guests.
This afternoon Year 1 and Year 2 had a brilliant time at the Christmas party. We played games and enjoyed our delicious food. At the end of the party we had a special visitor who gave us a gift.

This year, Key Stage One and Year Three joined together for our Christmas production, ‘Hey Ewe!’ The children were fantastic and worked so hard to learn their lines, songs and dance routines. The costumes were brilliant and the show was amazing. Well done everyone!
Last week Year 1 visited Temple Park and took part in a Multi skills Festival. The children were exceptional and had a brilliant time!
