Congratulations to all of our winners!
Don’t forget, it’s “Show and Tell” day tomorrow for Nursery.
You can send your videos or photographs to [email protected]
The children gain a lot of confidence talking about something special to them and is a critical part in developing listening and communication and language skills. Each child sits on the special show and tell chair to share their picture or video. It’s definitely one of Nursery’s favourite sessions.
This week, while at spooky school, Nursery discovered a secret. Mrs Hanratty is not just a teacher, she is also a witch! We made magical potions using ingredients such as bat’s blood, monster snots and even spider poo! Once all of the ingredients were mixed together we shouted our secret spell, “Iggity, ziggity, zaggity zoom!”
As we were feeling mischievous, we tricked the other teachers into drinking our potion, telling them it was juice. Instantly they were transformed into cats! Don’t worry, we turned them back into teachers after a little giggle.
Now remember, it’s a secret so Shhhhhhh!
Y4 have been designing and creating their own Roman mosaics as part of our ‘Romans’ topic. We created the mosaics by using finger paint or tiles.
Hope you all enjoy our latest bedtime story 🙂
Congratulations to all of our winners!

The Foundation Stage Children have had a great time learning about our word of the week “Autumn”. We’ve been exploring all of the fantastic treasures they found on their walk for the Parent Partnership homework and talked about Harvest time.
Check out our fantastic work!
To welcome the children back to school in September, each class bubble shared the story ‘Here We Are’ by Oliver Jeffers.
We had great fun learning about our wonderful world and thinking about the special places, people and animals in it. It made us all think about how lucky we are to have such an amazing world.
We created some beautiful work to share our thoughts with everyone in school.
What brilliant work it is!
