On Monday 9th July, Year 6 children along with Mr and Mrs O’Brien cycled to the sea-front at South Shields and back in an event organised by the local community police.

Children from Whitburn Primary also took part and around 90 children cycled in a line along the cycle route to Minchella’s for an ice-cream.

Mr. Roberts (Cery’s Dad)  came along too and, with the police and teachers he helped to make sure that the children got there and back safely.
