As part of our Chinese New Year celebrations, Amanda created her own puppet show for her family. She has also been learning about shadows, Chinese writing and lots more!
Today the year 3 and 4 bubble have been making pancakes in preparation for Shrove Tuesday next week. We used RE lessons to learn all about why we eat pancakes and made some for ourselves. We would love to see pictures of the pancakes you make at home!
Rosie and Evie loved making their own wishing tree which is part of a tradition when celebrating Chinese New Year!

Tyler created these fantastic finger puppets. Not only did he have great fun making the puppets, he is now putting on shows whilst developing his language skills.

Layla wrote an excellent story about a fox in English lessons this week. She made her own book and also illustrated it herself. Super work Layla!
In KS1, the children have been researching the work of the amazing artist Kandinsky.
Keira in Y2, created this fantastic piece of art work in the style of Kandinsky.
