We couldn’t believe our eyes when a Santa sent a very special visitor to our school! It was a real life Reindeer!!!! We found out all about Elvis the Reindeer, sang him some Christmas songs and then we all had our photo taken with him.
We loved him so much that we made some Reindeer dust and completed some Reindeer activities. Then we topped the afternoon off with some yummy hot chocolate!
Wow! The EYFS staff don’t have the words to describe what an incredible performance the children put on for families today. We are immensely proud of every single child and I am sure you will agree we have a lot talent in EYFS 🌟
The staff and children could not believe their eyes when they walked into the classrooms this morning! The EYFS rooms had transformed into a winter wonderland with Christmas trees, Santa’s Workshops, Hot Chocolate Stands and more.
The biggest surprise of all came when we checked the CCTV to see who was responsible!

The EYFS children loved making their Christingles this week in preparation for the church service.

Today, we all took part in Run Pudsey which raises money for Children in Need. Each class had time in the hall to complete their sponsored sporting events. All of the children had a great time and loved raising money for such a brilliant cause. We also took part in Pudsey themed activities in class.
Well done to school council for organising the games and selling cakes!

This week in EYFS we have learnt all about why we celebrate Remembrance Day. The children enjoyed creating their own poppies in our classroom environments and discussing the knowledge of Remembrance.

EYFS were busy before half term making some Modroc ghosts! It was so great to watch the children exploring an unfamiliar medium.
