Dear Parents/ Guardians/ Grandparents/ Aunties/ Uncles/ Friends,
We have registered with Morrisons to take part in this “Good to Grow” promotion. Please send any vouchers you manage to collect into school with the pupils or hand them into the school office. We have taken part in this excellent promotion before and we have managed to get various items for the pupils to use in the garden e.g. trowels, gloves, seeds etc. It would be great if we could add to our collection this year. Please ask your friends/ work colleagues to help us too! Every voucher counts!!!!
Thank You
Please find below a poster from the Schools Admission Team at South Tyneside Council giving information on how to apply for your child’s Reception class place for 2022.. From today you can apply on line at www.southtyneside.gov.uk/
As is Marsden tradition, here is the staff end of year video!
We hope you have a lovely summer break!
The EYFS staff wanted to share this beautiful video to show just how much our amazing children have grown this year. We couldn’t be prouder of them.
On behalf of the staff, we would like to say thank you to children and families for the thoughtful cards, gifts and messages.
Year 6 wanted to share their assembly with you as we could not invite parents and children into the hall.
We hope you enjoy! 🙂

Here are our final photos from our last day at Marsden. We are so lucky to have taught such wonderful children and we hope they have made special friendships that will last a lifetime. We loved catching up with Harry over the fence at lunchtime!
Mrs Potter, Mrs Maddison and I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for the lovely cards, gifts and messages. We will truly miss each and every one of you!
Mrs Watson
EYFS children were very upset that the Year 6 children weren’t able to have a traditional end of year celebration. So they put their thinking caps on and teamed up together to make a card and keepsake for every child in Y6.
We hope you love your bags and we wish you well in your new school.
We will miss you! Love EYFS x
A great time had by all!
