Today the Year 6 put on an excellent Leavers Assembly to mark the end of their time at Marsden. There were a few tears shed and lots of laughter. We celebrated your talents as footballers, netball players and most importantly as people.
The annual Deputy Head Award went to Deacon Mackie and the Head Teacher Award went to Sophie Sutton. Very deserving winners!
Well Done Year 6, we will miss you so much!
Oh how they’ve grown!
A fabulous assembly Year 6. You can’t appreciate how much Mr Sourbottom looked like our recent inspector from OFSTED, however our inspector was a very pleasant chap.
The singing, choreography and script were expertly delivered. WEll done to you all. I wish you all the very best for the future. Keep up the good work!
