Linked to World Book Day and our text of the week “The Smartest Giant in Town”, EYFS decide to be the kindest children in the land! We have hidden books all around Whitburn for children to enjoy. We encourage you to read the book at home and then hide it again for someone else to find!

We found a Thomas book under a tree in Whitburn and we have re-hid it in north marine park. Samuel loved doing this and hopes others let him know when they have found his.

Charlotte found Jack and beanstalk in lilac avnue next to her grandma’s we haven’t hidden yet but we will hide it near our house in marsden

I found Gossie & Gertie at the Metro Centre. I have it to my grandsons Fraser (5) and Oscar (3) to read. They have enjoyed the book. We will hide it in Whickham Park near their house this weekend for someone else to find!
